| Nonsense! Portland is a city the can offer a lot of fun. It depends, of course, on what is your idea of fun, but despite of that fact, everybody can find something that suits them. There are many museums, and I know that people usually dont think that museums are fun. But check out the following: Evergreen Aviation Museum, Pearson Air Museum and Portland Institute for Contemporary Art. Then, go to the Oregon Zoo which is one of the largest in the states. There are various areas in this zoo representing particular types of geographical ecosystems, such as savanna or tundra. What I especially liked in Portland was the Portland Japanese Garden which is a traditional Japanese garden with several sub-gardens. It's an ideal place for meditation. |
