I know it sounds silly, but one of the things that a friend of mine mentioned as a ‘must do’ in La Serena is taste the famous papaya juice. I am really not sure why it is so special, but is there anyone who could tell me where it would be the best to drink it, and what is so special about it?

Well, there is nothing so special about this juice, it is just that papaya is grown there, so it is their favorite drink, and all the tourists who come to La Serena have to try it if they want to feel the real taste of this town. By the way, don’t get me wrong, but you really should try it.
