When is the best time for vacation in Santa Cruz?

I just love traveling and I am always seeking out the more remote places in the world! For instance, I would love to go and see Bolivia, and more specifically Santa Cruz. Could you tell me what you think the best time is for a vacation over there? Thanks for your answers!

As you might have heard, the weather is extremely varied in Bolivia, and not at all as warm as it is in some other South American countries. In the middle of the summer, while warm, it tends to rain a lot, while winters are cold. Spring time, or during the Fall, would probably be the smartest times to go to Santa Cruz.
