| The information you have is not correct. Belize has four seasons: wet, dry, wet, and dry but not of equal length. The main dry season is from February through May. The rainy season conveys frequent squalls from June into August. The rainy season is also called ‘the green season’. The "rainy season," often scares people away with ideas of monsoon-type weather. In fact, with the exception of the rainforests in the southern part of Belize, the rains consist mainly of brief thundershowers offshore or in the hills and pass quickly. |
