When does it get dark in Scandinavia during summer?

When does it get dark in Scandinavia during summer? I have heard that in the summer ,the days are very long in Scandinavia (even that day lasts 24 hours). I have problem with my sleep( I fall in sleep very hard, and I have very sensitive sleep). So if that information is true, I will definitely have problem there. Please share your experiences with me. For that you will have to go behind Polar Circle. About your problem with sleep. I think that if it to light for you can always close curtains. But, if it really will bother you, try buying sleeping pills. I think that they will help you with your problem. I think that you mustnt let that kind of things to bother you. Especially when you are going on a trip in some foreign country. Relax and have nice trip.
