What wine I should drink in Sicily?

My husband and I will spend this month in Sicily, and it will be our first time to go there on holiday. We liked so much what we read about it in a travel brochure that we got from our travel agent, and we realized it was high time to visit it. Now, since we know that this region is well known by wine, is there anyone who could suggest which one we should try?

Well, I am really not sure which one to suggest. In my opinion, it is not something you can easily recommend to other people, because not everyone likes the same aroma. This region is indeed well known by wines, so my advice is to try to find your own favorite taste.
