What to do in Vancouver and Vancouver Island?

I will be going to Vancouver next week. I have some business there to take care of, but I will definitely have several days to see whatever there is nice to be seen in Vancouver and its islands. If anyone could give me any suggestions about what could I visit for the time I have there, it would be great.

Vancouver is really an interesting city, and I am sure you will have very good time. Vancouver islands have a lot of interesting lighthouses, and trip there is also very amusing, so plan a day for that activity. There is also Royal British Columbia museum which is more than worthy of your attention. One other thing I suggest you visit is Pacific Rim National Park nearby.
