| I have been thinking about all those unpleasant things that have been happening to me in the last few years on the airports, and during flights. And I came to a conclusion that what matters the most is attendants behavior. Whatever happens, if they are polite and willing to help, the you can withstand anything much more easily. If not, well, that does make a situation much more complicated and stressful. As for me I would put Delta on the top of the list of worst airlines. In your opinion, whats Americas worst airline? |

| Delta, definitely. I cant understand how they got out of the bankruptcy, but they did, in April 2007. Now they are starting with new colors (which are awful, by the way) and I hope with new policy regarding treating the passengers. I did not use them for almost 5 years, ever since I have been treated awfully (waited for entire day, there was some error in their computer system). I have also heard other people complaining of them. I truly hope that this will change, but I am afraid that the chances for that to happen are small. |
