What is the best diving location in Tunisia?

What is the best diving location in Tunisia? I’m a passionate diver and wherever I go I want to know what attractive spots are so that I can practice my favorite sports activity. I know that the sea in Tunisia is great and I suppose that there are some coral reefs and places where sea is transparent and full of underwater creatures.

Tunisia is situated on the Mediterranean Sea and it has great beaches and great places for diving and snorkeling. I know that there is a couple of diving centers and diving schools. For example, there is a diving centre in Monastir. This is a seaside resort located about 200 kilometers from Tunis and there you can find the necessary equipment and the other stuff. Another place that I know of is another diving centre in Monastir called Plongee & Loisir. There are some other diving centers in other resorts but I reckon that either Monastir or Hammamet are a good choice for a vacation if you are interested in diving. The waters are most probably the clearest there.
