What is the best University town in Cali?

I abandoned my hopes of finishing college long time ago, but my brother is firm in his beliefs that hell graduate on college in couple of years. He is finishing high school and still hasnt decided on where to apply. Anyway, what is the best University town in Cali? I would just like to know what the possible options for him are.

Well then, let me tell you about University Town Center, positioned WRM Regional Park and Irvine campus. It is very close to University Campus, which could be very convenient for him. UTC has innovative town homes and apartments. Nearby is a pleasant mixture of services, offices, shops, schools and parks. The good thing is that you do not need a car in this area; there exist a very good transit service. Anyway, I do not think that the quality of University Town but the University itself is what is most important for your brother.
