They belong to OneWorld group along with Qantas and British Airways. I guess depends on the day and luck how your flight will go. They have superb reputation, but I although would never backup that story with my experience with them. I went to Miami from Bogota, took business class. Got disappointed with what Ive got for breakfast, no refilling drinks, seats were narrow and for start my flight was delayed. Or maybe I was just having a lousy day, heh.
