| Hyatt basically stayed the same. The rooms are still clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. The meals are also very good. However, the infrastructure is the problem. Simply put, not all things are in its place, equipment is rather old. It feels as if it has not been renovated for a long time. Heating does not work well in every room either, so they tend to get overheated. Do not understand me wrong, it is far from falling apart, but it did slightly deteriorate over the years, and now it is simply not good enough for a hotel that bears the name Hyatt. You will not regret if you stay there, but you probably will not be too pleased either. |
