Hey there. We are going on a cruise to Galapagos and I want some advice on what I should wear during the day. Do I need wet suit, is the water cold? Do I have to take a snorkel, flipper, water shoes etc.? Do I also need hiking shoes for the daily hikes well go to? Id really appreciate your advice.

I have just come back from the cruise in Galapagos. The water temperature wasnt so low but many people wore their wet suits, so it would be better to take one, just to be on the safe side. Concerning the snorkel equipment there is no need to take any with you because they rent it on board and the price is really affordable. You also need water shoes for wet landings. You should also take some hiking shoes for daily hikes because some of the paths can be pretty rocky. Dont forget to take some sun care milk because sun is very powerful and some warm clothes for the night because it can get pretty cold.
