I and my friends are planning to visit Montenegro this summer. My husband’s relative went there last year and he came back praising the country and, especially the Igalo Institute. He told me that they have some kind of therapy there. What do you know about mud therapy in Igalo?

Well, the Institute has an international reputation and people from all over the world go to Igalo to kill acute and chronic pain, treat rheumatism, heal sport and other injuries, reduce stress, control body weight, get fit and maintain and restore their health. Their mud therapy is particularly famous. My aunt went there and after two weeks she came back with a smile on her face. She swears by these guys and is preparing to go there this year too. After treatments, you can enjoy a walk along the Bay of Kotor or go hiking on surrounding mountains. Women can go on their bargains hunt in local shops, galleries, antique stores and boutiques. Not to mention swimming in the warm sea or local pools. It is definitely a place to visit.
