What are transportation options for Key West from Miami?

Key West is my destination for this summer. I am located in Miami and I was wandering what are transportation options for Key West from Miami? I would like to take the quickest way because I just dont like traveling for a long period of time. I am not interested in the price as long as it is fast and comfortable.

The best way to get from Miami to Key West is if you use The Overseas Highway. It gets you straight from Miami to Key West and you can enjoy the scenery along the way. It takes you less then 4 hours, but you should make it longer so you can experience all the beauty. Especially the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. If this is just too much trouble for you, you can always take a plane, but it is just an ordinary flight, nothing to compare with car or bike ride. Take my advice and take the car and you will not regret.
