| Is there anyone with some good and interesting recommendation of a day trip from Toulouse? My best friend and I will spend there next weekend, and we are thinking about using this opportunity to see something else too, because both of us have been in this city before, and we have pretty much seen all the main city attractions. |

When it comes to Toulouse, you have plenty of options for day trips. First of all, there is Albi, an old town from the 12th or 13th century (I am not sure); then, there is the walled city of Carcassonne. There are also many interesting small towns not so far away from Toulouse, but I am sure that once you arrive there, you will get even better ideas of where you might go to.
