| My girlfriend has agreed to marry me, and this year, in August, were going to Greece on holiday. Now, Ive decided to surprise her and organize a small wedding there. Is it possible and how to manage that? What would you suggest to be the location? And I must add that my budget is not unlimited, so only the comparatively modest options are welcome. |

| Its nice of you to come up with such a romantic idea, but I dont think its quite possible to arrange a wedding in Greece for a reasonable amount of money. It, actually, probably is possible but whats the beauty of getting married in a shabby place, even if its in Greece. A good solution would be a wedding on some of the islands, Santorini for example, but I believe that would be too expensive for you. Its a better idea to save the money you intended for a wedding in Greece and use it to organize a proper ceremony in your country. But if you still insist on a romantic summer wedding, then maybe you can just hire a priest and say your I dos on a beach at sunset. |
