Visiting Neuquen in July

I was always dreaming on visiting Patagonia and finally I managed to get 3 or so weeks out of my work. Anyway I was planning on visiting Neuguen in July this year and am wondering what the weather is alike there in this part of the year and what are some other areas to see there in Patagonia also? Thanks!

I am not sure you will be so excited with Neuguen for it is not a perfect place for tourist it is more industrial town alike-there are some interesting museum there and besides the Rio Negro that is all about it to see. But still being in Neuguen means having a chance visiting some other parts of Patagonia –so I advice you take some car or bus drive all the way to the south or even better have an organized tour all the way to Ushuaia –that is the place where you would see those amazing glacier peaks and incredible landscape and visiting this part of the world on July is still a good chance of having a great time there for starting from August the strong winter season begins.
