| Gdansk is an excellent choice if you ask me. Unfortunately, most of its old buildings and facilities were ruined in World War II, but later they were restored. There are different kinds of styles like Gothic, Renaissance, Rococo and Baroque. It is situated in Motlawa River and its banks are well made for long walking. Gdansk by night is amazing. The churches and other historical facilities are excellently lightened. Most of them are in the Old Town. Take a walk in the Long Street and the Long Market. I think October, especially early October can be a good time for a visit. I hope youll spend some nice time there. Bye! |
