Victoria biking in mid September

I will be doing Victoria biking in mid September. I have started with a healthy life last year and I have to admit that I did have a lot of success when it comes to loosing weight and eating healthy food. So, I intend to continue it this way and that is why I will be heading for Victoria. Is it really a paradise for bikers?
