Venice in the rain?

Help!I am planing to visit Venice with my husband and i am a little bit disappointed.I just checked the weather in the next few weeks and Venice will be covered with rain every day of my staying.I was hoping we will have lots of sun but i guess I'm not that lucky.What do you think about Venice in the rain?Should i cancel my vacation for some better weather?

Don't be so sad and disappointed.We have some good news!We talked to some people that already visited Venice during rain period and most of them didn't mind the rain.They told us it was very romantic,the rainbow after every rain was amazing and the city was more beautiful.If you planed your trip you shouldn't give up just because of the rain.Just take a light jacket,big smile and enjoy your holiday!We are sure that people(you husband) you go with will make your time the best ever and that rain can't do anything to stop that!So,relax and think how jealous are your friends because they are not in those vet shoes you've got in Venice!
