Various rock climbing areas in Rocky Mountains

Hello there! I plan to spend a couple of days in Colorado visiting my friends living there. They want to take me for hiking in Rocky Mountains. I have never been there and have no idea how high is a peak where they want to take me. Do I need previous experience for this hiking? Thank you in advance!

There are different trails and peak highs and some of them are very high and you need previous experience before you start climbing. In the other hand there are peaks that are not too high and the ascent is not too big. For such hikes you don’t need previous experience. I don’t know your friends plan so can’t help more.
