| I gave though a lot of a trip to Jerusalem but never had enough time, and to be honest, I was not eager to go alone. But, now that I have a new girlfriend and she is willing to go there too, I guess we will be going in November, not sooner. Can you tell me something more about this interesting town? |

| I guess you already know that the main thing in Jerusalem is Old City, separated from the modern part with a wall. That part has not one but four residential quarters (Muslim, Armenian, Christian, and Jewish of course). The modern part has a bit less than a million people and perhaps it is not that big as Tel Aviv, but it has its own beauties. It is mixed in an intriguing way with the old, traditional Jewish style, but it makes an interesting blend. The best way to experience that is to get there, as soon as you can. |
