I have always wanted to go to the Great Wall of China, and it seems that this year, I will finally have my chance for that. My husband promised to take me to China for our 7th anniversary, and I cannot wait. The only thing I would like to know is whether there is some time of the year that is considered to be the best for visiting the Wall, or it doesn’t really matter?

If you are in a situation that allows you to choose when to go to China, my advice is to go either in May, or in late September or even October. In the period between, there is the wet season, which is not really recommendable for traveling, and, for the rest of the year, it can get pretty cold.
