Travelling to Egypt, where to stay? Cairo or Sharm el Sheikh?

Hi! I'm planning a journey to Egypt next week but I haven't decided yet where to stay. I need some help. I wish you could tell me what do you think, which is a better place to go to Cairo or Sharm el Sheikh? I'd really like to have a relaxing holiday. So any ideas? Thanks!

Hello! First, youll have to make a difference between those places. Sharm el Sheikh is tourists type of place, lot of hotels and the main beach. Theres nothing to do except to relax. Cairo is everything else, noisy, with heavy traffic jams, but with many excellent museums, palaces and shopping markets. Id choose Cairo. You can swim anywhere, but you cant see the Pyramids in any other place in the world.
