Travel insurance for the Middle East

Ill travel to Middle East in two weeks. I have some business to manage there. I would like to ask something about travel insurance that I need to fix before my trip. Does anyone know what steps should I take? I would appreciate all of your answers. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know you have Medical travel insurance. It can be up to 2 million dollars. It even includes trip interruption. There is also trip cancellation insurance. Its good if that happens to cover you. There is also International health insurance and Group international health insurance or travel insurance.
