Hello! For a long time now I have fear of flying. And soon I have to be in Tehran. I made all inquiries about transportation to Istanbul, but from that point I have a problem. Is there a train from Istanbul to Tehran, how long it takes, what are the prices and is it safe to travel that way? Thanks for answers.

Hi! Yes, there is a train to Tehran. Iranian Islamic Republic Railways - Raja Trains has very good on line appearance. There are weekly departures on Wednesday and Thursday, and the price is around 50$. Remember, youll need Iranian visa to enter the country. The train is very safe and comfortable. But bring the food, youll needed it.
