Hello! I'm thinking about possible destinations for this weekend and Grand Canyon crossed my mind. Many people say it's dangerous and risky, but I have a desire to see it. I would like to go there for a day or two. Is there ant place where I can stay at or must I return the same day? It is a tourist attraction, but I haven't heard of any resorts there. Have you?
Grand Canyon is really magnificent. People usually come in a car and watch it for hours from so-called South Rim which is much lower than the North Rim. The inside of the Canyon is impossible to see from any of the rims clearly. For such an experience, you'll have to ride in a canoe or on a mule, or simply go hiking. The buses and cars go through the Grand Canyon across the famous Navajo Bridge. It is stable, though it doesn't look so. There are some sort of hotels which are popularly called lodges if you'd like to stay there over the night. They seem to be very expensive, so I suggest you go back the same day.
