| I have always dreamed of visiting Machu Picchu, the ancient Inca ruin. I recently got the opportunity to fulfill that dream. I would like, however, to take the real Inca trail to that place, so if anyone could tell me something more about that, it would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| Going to Machu Picchu on Inca trail is one of the most amazing experiences you will ever have. It is a walking route that will lead you across the mountains above the river Urubamba. Partly that rout follows the old roadway to Machu Picchu. You should start that journey from Cuzco, which is the largest town near the rout. At one point, after you start the trail, you will cross a river, then climb up to 2000 meters and experience some narrow roads. Of course, do not travel that path without an experience guide, as you might fall in too many problems on your own. However, once you get there and see the Machu Picchu itself, you will see something you will never forget. |
