Terrible Emirates Customer Service Experience

I like to fly with CO. I didnt try other airlines. Now I booked the flight on Emirates. When I said that to my neighbor he made sore face. I asked him why is he reacted like that. He said that he had terrible Emirates Customer service experience. That the flight was terrible, the worst flight in his life. But that my neighbor has very strange character so I have decided to hear second opinion. So, please tell me yours.

I dont know why your neighbor reacted like that. I have experience flying with emirates, and I am very satisfied. Their planes are in the great shape. Service is great, very fast, and good. Employees are very kind, and always with the smile. So I really dont understand that someone can be unsatisfied with their service. If there is any problem, they fix it very fast and efficiently. They always have great entertainment in the plane, so flight passes fast. Go, and try flying with Emirates. And than you can evaluate how is or isnt terrible their customer service.
