| I have always wanted to see northern lights in person. I have so far only seen it in various pictures. Since I am going on winter holiday soon, I think it is time I indulge myself a little by going on a tour to see northern lights. However, I am not exactly sure where to go, so if anyone could inform me, I would be very grateful. |

| To see northern lights, I suggest you take a tour on Iceland. Aurora Borealis, as it is also called, can be seen usually between November and February, so it is really the best time to travel. What you will see depends on intensity it can be a glowing curtain of green and yellow lights, or it can be amazing fusion consisting of many colors that stretches across the sky. Once you see it, you will want to see it all the time, but that is, unfortunately, impossible. The sightings of the northern lights depend on whether the sky is cloudless. You also must be far from artificial light. If these conditions are fulfilled, you will have an absolutely breathtaking time on Iceland |
