Switzerland vs France?

Hi. We are an American couple hoping to do a trip to Europe next year. We will head there some time during the late spring. Only we are in a huge dilemma. We want to go to either Switzerland or France, but we are not sure which one out of these two we should go for. Can you convince us either way? We are a bit bad at making these kind of tricky decisions so your help is more than welcome.

That is a really hard question I must say. I do like both countries a lot. But if you would ask me about the ambiance I would have to say France. Switzerland is a very mixed country with three differed languages and different attitudes too. With the French you know were you stand. They don’t like Brits much but if you try to throw in a few French words here and there they will welcome you with open arms and kisses you on the cheeks three times plus will treat you like one of their own! So France I would say!
