St. Catherine's Monastery guest house review

I need some St. Monastery Catherine’s guest house review. I am about to set off for Sinai and am considering on staying at St. Catherine’s’ monastery and I have heard there some motels or guest houses there. Anyway this would be my first visit to Sinai though I already visited Egypt twice but never reached Sinai so would now appreciate much if I could get some St. Catherine’s Monastery guest house review.

I stayed once in a guest house in St. Catherine Monastery and this guest house basically is situated inside the walls of St. Catherine Monastery and though the monks are not that much friendly I still managed to have a great time despite some little inconveniences such as the lack of tv and phone-but this is a good opt for ones who would like having an authentic monastery experience. anyway the rooms are small but clean and about the shower I remember I first had to let the water running at least 10 or 15 minutes to get hot otherwise I would have cold shower. Anyway the surroundings is amazing wherever you look there are mountains and Mt. Sinai is so close and there is some hiking track there.
