| I have been to Alaska last summer. I have seen glaciers, National parks, wildlife there. However, one experience topped all that. I went on a cruise in the clear Alaskan waters and was watching gray whales. Looking large group of them going through these waters, almost like cutting it in half was simply amazing! I cannot even describe how i felt. Did someone had some similar experiences? |

| Hello! I completely understand your feeling. I was with may husband in Alaska too. Unfortunately, we did not focus enough on magnificent waters near Alaska shore, so we spent there on a boat couple of days only. But those couple of days have been the best days I spent on any holiday in my entire life, and I have been to many places worldwide. Reason for this are the gray whales. Seeing them on a clear day, under the water surface, jumping out from time to time, really left an impression on me. I was left completely speechless. I did not even remember to take some pictures immediately, so by the time I started with that, they were already gone. As I was leaving Alaska, I immediately got a desire to come back, and it will surely happen in the near future. |
