| Hi. I am going to have to get on a plane soon, and while I was looking up the carriers doing the route in question I noticed there was an option to fly with the low budget airline Ryan Air. Should I do so? In all honesty, I must admit to you that I am somewhat sceptical. Will the service be OK? Is there anyone who has flown with them and can tell me something about it? |

What's the service like? Well, you get what you pay for basically, ie, nothing in this case . I did fly with them once, or twice I should say. That is to say, I flew there, and back. It was a short flight of about 45 minutes and it was quite OK, apart from the fact that the flight was delayed for 30 minutes - that's two thirds of the total flight time added! Plus, you get nothing on board, not even a glass of water. |

| Ryanair has been criticised for many aspects of its customer service. The Economist newspaper wrote that Ryanair's "cavalier treatment of passengers" had given Ryanair "a deserved reputation for nastiness" and that the airline "has become a byword for appalling customer service ... and jeering rudeness towards anyone or anything that gets in its way" |
