I will travel to New Zealand in two months, and I am carefully planning every detail of this trip in advance. I will spend there two weeks, and I have already chosen a few destinations that I will have to visit, but now there are these two options: Lake Taupo and Rotorua, and I simply do not know how to decide which of them to visit. Is there anyone who might help me?

Well, I do not know if this will be of any help, but I was in Lake Taupo last year, and I have to tell you that it is a great part of this country and that it would be such a shame not to see it if you plan to spend two weeks there. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I know what it is like in Rotorua, but I am sure it cannot be as beautiful as Lake Taupo.
