| My daughter and I came back from Vegas a week ago, and we stayed in the MGM Grand. We met a lot of nice people there, and I can tell you almost all of them were very satisfied, and I completely agree with them. First of all, customer service is excellent. They were always very helpful, front desks as well as security. The rooms are nice and clean. Also, there are lots of things to do many clubs for young people, but older people (like me) can also have a great time with other things. If youre interested, casino has plenty of content to offer. One problem that could arise is the possibility of getting lost, because of the sheer size of the hotel. But dont worry, there will always be someone from the hotel to point you in the right direction. Other people had similar experiences. However, we met one couple that got a suit with Jacuzzi tub not working. After their complaints, they got a different room that had a view of the docks. I guess things like that happen from time to time, but I suggest that does not change your mind about staying at the MGM Grand. You will have the best holiday there, I guarantee you. |
