Hi! I've finally managed to save enough money for renting a villa in Italy but before I become overwhelmed by a shopping spree I would like to hear some info from you on renting conditions. What are the advantages of renting a villa instead of staying in a hotel? Are there any tips you'd like to share with someone who would love to rent an Italian villa for a month? What do you say?

Hello! Well I must say that the advantages of renting a villa versus staying in a hotel are various. For example, you don't have to plan where to meet, where to eat, and when. You will lack hotel services, but the opportunity to experience Italy like an Italian, shop for and cook your own food can't match staying in a hotel. Important thing when renting a villa is that you should reserve as far in advance as possible. It is possible to rent a villa through brokers or through individual owners. I vote for brokers because they offer a bigger safety. The best bargain tough is to rent one villa for more than two families, think of your friends, maybe theyll join you.
