My wife and I would like to go and stay at the Maggiore lake in Italy also known as the lago Maggoire. We have heard it is very nice over there and we want to give it a try. We know it sounds stupid and maybe it is but we do not know how to get there. We will fly to Milan and then move on from there. Who has done this before or who can lead the way? We would be very happy to get some advice. Thank you.

So you want to visit our beautiful Lago Maggoire do you? A very good choice I must say. I own a hotel there and many people visit us there and come back to stay an other time so we must be doing something right. You can either get the train to Lago Maggoire, there is a good connection from Milan and Turin. A better way I think is to rent a car at the airport and drive down. You will have a lot more freedom to do some sight seeing without having to get your knickers in a twist. Have a nice time and visit me at my hotel!
