| Im in a dilemma where to spend my summer holiday. Actually, Im a nature-lover and last summer I spent in Europe visiting their National parks. This summer, I m definitely going to South America, and Im thinking of going to Costa Rica. Ive heard of Piedras Blancas National Park, but a person who told me about his trip there moved away and were not in contact. Could someone tell me something about rare species in this National Park? |

| Its a bit odd that you were in Europe when you have plenty of national parks near you. Well, you were probably in other parks on American continent, the thing I cant believe is how you could miss this extraordinary national park. Im botanist by vocation, and I paid attention mostly to plants. The climate there is so specific, its hot and it rains very often, that there are sorts of plants which you cant see anywhere else in the world. And yes, I saw jaguar, they told me that that is the only place in Costa Rica where you can see this animal. Also, theres a variety of bird species, so there is a number of bird-lovers there visiting the park every day. So, this is a long reply, since you didnt write which kind of wild life you prefer. |
