Rafting in Omo River, anyone been there recently?

Hello,
I have been planing a trip to Ethiopia this summer with a couple of friends of mine and I am very excited about this trip. I would like to visit Addis Ababa, their Highlands and Omo River especially. I would also like to try rafting in Omo RIver and I would like to hear some experiences from those who have been there recently. Can you help me on this? Thanks in advance!

Some say that Omo River along with its valley is the best site in Ethiopia and I think that they are right generally. I have tries rafting down Omo River a coupleof years ago and my friends and I were thrilled...We have seen some of the most unbelievable and breathtaking sites. Tribes and people who still live in fashion that says that they are not interested in western capitalism. They are wonderful! Such a kind and sincere people! You mus try it!
