Question about Great Barrier Reef

I am going to Australia in two weeks. I am really looking forward to this trip. My friend lives there. He told me that I should be prepare for snorkeling around Great Barrier Reef. I have Question about Great Barrier Reef. I have never heard before for that place. Can you tell me something about it?

First of all, Australia is wonderful country. Some people dont share my opinion. But the taste is different. Other thing Great Barrier Reef snorkeling is fantastic idea. I am sure that you will enjoy that. You will not have to go to school to learn snorkeling ( like you have to have lessons when you go diving). All you have to know is to swim, and you have to be in good form. I dont have much to tell you about this place. It is wonderful place where you can see all sorts of sea (ocean) life. I have never seen before than so such different species of fish. I will not tell you much about this place, because you should see it for yourself. Just go there!
