Hey, folks, Im wandering is it worth visiting Patagonia... I hear its a bit chilly and not so fancy place to spend your holiday in... But how would you desribe it? What are the good and what are the bed sides (if any) of going there? What is it exactly that it has to offer to tourists?

If you wanna spend warm, laid-back vacation under the sun, of course you will not go to Patagonia! It comprises the Ande mountains in the South America (partly is in Chile and partly in Argentina), so the temperature can be pretty severe (but not too severe, as some tourists may desribe it!). If you are adventurus, that would be the perfect place to be, you can see a great scenery, eat nice food, maybe even get to see penguins in Ushuaia. You will experience glaciers and absolute remoteness if you like that stuff, youll be in heaven there! Just dont forget to bring your hiking boots and raingear! P.S. Chilean side of Patagonia is more lush (as you would say fancy) than the one of Argentina! Enjoy!
