Ottawa vs Montreal for a weekend in Canada?

Hello everybody. I need to go to Canada for a weekend . We are visiting some relatives of my wife. I am always pretty bored when those weekend are in mind. I was planning to take my wife from her duties when there. Can you help me with some advices where to when there. Where can we have some fun? Ottawa or Montreal?

When there you can start by checking the downtown with National Gallery of Canada. There are some cultural centers you should check out but also places you can have fun visiting. For example there is Rideau Canal and Gatineau Park . Montreal being the city that have two millions of people who live in it is also exciting place. Whether you are gambling in a famous casino or you are checking out historical sites you will not get bored. The remarkable site there is Underground City with its restaurants, shops and walkways. The night life there is also something you shouldnt miss.
