Not satisfied with cathay 2x lately

It is been quite some time that I fly with CX but it is just that I was not satisfied with Cathay 2x lately. My last flight with Cathay was last week from HNK to BJG and I havent managed to get a descent drink I required. And the worse ting of all is that I was seriously cutback with my main meal, I usually order some vegetarian food but this time I wanted to eat some meat and I ended up with an awful chicken portion. What could be happening with CX?

I dont think that nothing special is happening with CX this HNK to BJG flight is kind of a local flight and those Asia CX flights are actually much less comfortable in comparison with those transpacific CX flights for example-where you will get an excellent meal and many other facilities. The thing is that I am never satisfied with CX flight between 2 Asian destinations but I must stress that I had a great flight last month from HNK to SYD.
