Hello, guys. My vacation starts next week and I need to decide where to go. I was thinking of going to New Orleans. I have never been there and I would like to. Since I am a cook, I am interested in booking a culinary tour if there is one in New Orleans. I would appreciate all info you provide me with. Thanks in advance, folks.

Hello, amigo. Of course there is New Orleans culinary tour. I took one last month and I am very pleased. It is kind of tasting and walking tour in the French Quarter. You should know that this quarter is the heart of New Orleans. We visited some of the oldest restaurants in New Orleans. Among them were Antoines and Tujague's. Youll see that cuisine in this city was influenced by many ethnic cuisines. You are probably wondering what we tasted. Well, we tasted French or Italian pastry, gumbo, pralines, beef and Creole sauce, cocktails and maybe I have left out something. I know youll be satisfied. It is an interesting way to learn a history of one city through its cuisine and restaurants.
