Hello people. I am going to visit Munich, Germany in a weeks' time on business. I will have quite a lot of luggage to carry around and I hope you can give me some advice on how best to get to the town center. I am meeting some people in my hotel. By train? By taxi? Is it far? Thanks.

Yes, you can do it by train. Personally I have always thought that this is by far the most cost effective and easy way of getting from the airport to the centre. Take the train to Marienplatz and from there on it will be a short cab ride to your hotel!
