Hello! Ive heard a lot about Matricianella in Rome, but Im just not quite sure is it good as my friends told me. Is it really such a good restaurant or is it just like the others. Im interested in a good meal, nothing fancy, but really real Italian food. Do you know something I dont about the place. Thanks a lot.

Hi! Youre friends were right, Matricianella is a great place to meet with someone, or just enjoy the real food. There is enormous choice of pastas, try rigatoni con pajata or even classic spaghetti. But if I were at your place I wouldnt miss trippa alla romana and scottaditto, thats for meatballs and grilled lamb chops with plenty of spices. Vegetable is served just nice, but my favorite is ice cream, gelato di crema with wild strawberries.
