Paris is the city Id move to at this very instant without thinking. But this summer Im going there only on a two-week vacation. That may seem quite enough, but not for me. I want to see it thoroughly. Its museums are my priority. Im wondering whether I have to make a reservation for the visit, or I can just buy the ticket on entrance. How about Louvre?

Generally speaking, I dont think that you have to make reservations for museums in advance. All I know is that you if you want to have a guided tour through Louvre, you have to book it because, its already great popularity increased even more after Dan Browns book and that blockbuster Da Vinci Code. Its better to go on a tour, because guides are excellent and you learn many things you didnt know. The tours last for about 2 hours and give you a thorough insight into museum. Of course, you can go on your own and you buy ticket at the entrance, but be aware that sometimes its pretty crowded and long queues stretch in front of it.
