Maison Perriers bed and breakfast offers?

What experience do you have with Maison Perriers bed and breakfast offers? Mine have been good so far, but a few of my friends had something else to say about it and I just want to hear what others think. I am planning on using their services in the next month or two, and now I am in doubt of what to do.

I liked it because it was rather close to the airport, about 13 miles or so. But it is far enough so you are not bothered with planes departures. It's location is near St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street, which makes it a walking distance to anything I needed to visit, so that is another great plus for Maison Perriers. Maison Perriers bed and breakfast offer was just under $100. I don't know if that is regular price for that kind of a hotel, but I didn't pay the bill and frankly I wasn't interested at it. I have no complaints and it all depends what you expect when you go anywhere.
